Professional Experience

July 2008 - Present
  • Overhauled the look and feel of Java webapps with attractive, Web 2.0 style user interfaces created using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Specifically, I designed the user interfaces for the caAERS, C3PR, PRO-CTCAE, and caGrid Portal projects.
  • Built the company's public-facing website from scratch using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and PHP.
  • Implemented these user interfaces using scalable, standards-compliant XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSTL.
  • Offered consultation to the teams for the aforementioned projects on issues relating to usability and accessibility (specifically section 508), as well as cross-browser layout issues and proper and effective use of CSS.
